Our Redditch branch opened in October 2005.

REDDITCH is a unique blend of old and new.  It has a history that dates back to the 12th century and  has modern restaurants, shopping, housing and leisure facilities carefully blended within a thriving business community.   It boasts a central location and superb road network, being served well by railway stations of Redditch, Bromsgrove, Birmingham New Street and Warwick Parkway and is a 20 minute drive from Birmingham Airport.

Redditch grew up from a small hamlet known as ‘La Rededich’ that had developed around the Abbey at Bordesley, built by Cistercian Monks in the 12th century. The settlement grew rapidly and in the 19th Century Redditch became famous for leading the field in needle making. In 1964 Redditch was designated a New Town which led to extensive redevelopment.

Redditch is now a well designed modern town with an abundance of parks and woodlands, all set amid the beautiful Worcestershire countryside and within easy reach of the Cotswolds and Shakespeare country.

Using the latest Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques combined with Deep Trance Hypnosis Jennie  guides each client to personal success.

A NEW APPROCH TO HYPNOTHERAPY  Change is most effectively accomplished when we use the trance state to contact and direct our own creative intelligence.  The STOP Partnership accomplishes this using Advanced Hypnosis.  You will find us listed on the www.nhsdirectory. website as registgered complimentary therapists with the NHS.  With a proven track record, we are continually teaching other hypnotherapists our unique skills, through The Advanced School of Hypnosis.

HOW DOES IT WORK?  Do something often enough and your subconscious takes over the behaviour.

This frees you up to think about other things and process new information. A positive example of this is driving, a negative example is being fearful of spiders. When your subconscious is exhibiting a behaviour you would like to change (smoking, overeating, or panicking irrationally) you can either change it the hard way by continual conscious effort until the subconscious finally gets the message, or you can do it the easy way.

STOP helps change unwanted behaviours, using the latest innovative techniques proven to be safe and effective. Instead of punishing yourself for doing something ‘wrong’, you change your behaviour through understanding and awareness.

The most effective way of accessing the subconscious is through hypnosis. This is a deep state of relaxation somewhere between being awake and asleep. Many of our clients comment that during hypnosis they are much more aware than when they are fully awake. Close your eyes for a moment and notice what you notice.

At STOP we have many methods to promote change, being fully qualified in several methodologies.
