Hi Jennie,This is to thank you for what you did for me last Thursday, and to let you know that I am doing really well at the moment. Today is Monday 7th May and I have not smoked at all, but more importantly there is no desire or craving for tobacco or nicotine. The only slight problem has been the trigger points that we discussed, waiting for the kettle to boil or when I have a cup of tea etc. I find it fairly easy to beat them down, you know, using my right hand to push away the bad things in my life and the same hand to reach out for the good things for myself. Though only four days have passed by I find that even the trigger points are getting fewer and further between and I am surprised and delighted about the strength your therapy has given to me. I have absolutely no desire for nicotine at all and as such consider I am only left with the task of fighting the habit which I feel is the easier part of the addiction to tackle As you suggested I am replacing the triggers with other things.One other thing I think track 2 on your introduction CD is absolutely wonderful. I listen to it a lot and find it leaves me relaxed and in a great mood for hours on end. It is a crutch and a constant source of support to me.Thanks again Jennie, you're great.

Hi Jennie.

I wanted to let you know i'm doing so much better now with the drink and with my relationship with xxxxx. We've only had one falling out, which was last week but it didn't end up violent cause i just walked away.

I now know when to say that's enough with the drink and i even sometimes leave a glass of wine, which i never used to do. What i've realised is, xxxxx does wind me up a lot of the time and i'm not surprised i hit out at him when i'd had too much to drink. Now i can see it and point it out to him at the time, instead of him saying it was because i was drunk.

I wouldn't say i'm completely cured but i'm definitely 80% better and were still getting married next year. I'm currently reading men are from mars, women venus and i can see why you thought i should get it, i'm learning alot about xxxxx attitude and behaviour.

I just want to say thank you for your help and i really enjoyed being able to tell you things i'd kept to myself.

Hopefully i wont have to book another appointment in the future,

“Excellent content and presentation. Really does live up to its title. Yesterday morning, I arrived tense, thinking of work,
wishing Nicky and Jennie would just get on with it. At the end of the morning I was desperately searching my mind to seek out triggers that made me stressed, so that I could practice! Afternoon session – I ended up thinking of good picture to help me. Second day – All of day one came into play with ‘card tricks’ and I started to acknowledge all of the body language and eye movement with the words said. Very effective.
